I love this photograph - family portrait session | www.gavinconlan.com

There are certain images you can't explain but just fall in love with and this is one of those.  I was photographing my little cousins a couple of weeks ago and absolutely adore this shot it's jammed packed full of his personality and it just makes me smile so I thought I'd share it with you all.

personal shoot with my little cousins.... | www.gavinconlan.com

something different for today's post.  I thought I'd upload a selection of photos taken from two seperate shoots with my little cousins over the last few months.  The first selection are of Aiden who was busting out all the poses for his own personal Christmas cards which were great and the second part of this selection are of Lenny and Albie which I had so much fun producing, except for the Man United ones being a Liverpool supporter - the things you do for your family aye ....
I hope you enjoy them..!!!!
Take care, Gavin ....

a great way to start my new journal

Jon & Jodi are friends of mine and to be given the pleasure of creating images of their new beautiful family was such an honour for me, I couldn't think of a better post than this one to start off my new journal.

This shoot all came about through amazing circumstances, I was asked to donate a portrait session to help raise money for the Little Havens Children's Hospice and Jon & Jodi so very kindly won the bid. If you would like to know a little bit more about this great cause and you wish to donate you can do so by going to http://www.essex-to-everest.org.uk/.

I also have the pleasure to shoot Jon & Jodi's wedding later this summer in the gorgeous setting of Loch Lomond which is going to be amazing, in the meantime please sit back and enjoy their slideshow and a selection of images from the shoot.
